Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting my artwork and creative practice. Because my shop includes both made‑to‑order merchandise/prints and original artwork, the policies below are separated for clarity.

1. Print‑on‑Demand Merchandise & Art Prints
(Fulfilled by my production partner)
Made to Order
All merchandise and art prints are produced on demand through a professional print partner. Each item is created especially for you once your order is placed. For this reason, I do not keep inventory and cannot accept traditional returns or exchanges.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, I will gladly replace it.
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, reach out and I will work with my print partner to investigate and send a replacement when appropriate.
2. Original Artwork

All Sales Are Final
All original artwork purchases are final sale. Please review the listing details, dimensions, and photos carefully before purchasing.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, I will work with you to make it right.
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the artwork
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A copy of your receipt
  • Any additional evidence of damage
Once the claim is reviewed, I will determine whether a refund, repair, or return is appropriate. Because original artwork is one‑of‑a‑kind, replacements are not available.
Shipping & Handling
Original artwork is packaged with care and shipped with tracking and insurance. Any shipping delays caused by carriers are outside my control, but I will always help you navigate the process if issues arise.
